Let’s talk Lymphatic system, the one most important systems in the body which most people neglect and forget about. The lymphatic system is a network of tissues and organs that help rid the body of toxins, waste and other unwanted materials. The primary function of the lymphatic system is to transport lymph, a fluid containing infection-fighting white blood cells, throughout the body. Your lymphatic system carries vitamins from the gastrointestinal and is the healer of wounds, the builder of tissue and re generator.
