These are Jessica Stagg Training & Consulting and Skin Philosophy Training Terms & Condition. By joining a Jessica Stagg Training & Consulting or Skin Philosophy Training course you are agreeing to these terms & conditions

All payments must be made before specified dates.
All courses are subject to numbers – your place cannot be guaranteed until full payment has been received.

tagg Training & Consulting and Skin Philosophy Training  reserves the right to change course dates – fees will be refunded if a course does not take place.
All course materials are subject to and protected by copyright and must not be reproduced. Due to the possibility of copyright infringement, the use of recording equipment is not permitted.
Students are responsible for all material distributed to them, any replacements of course material will incur a fee of £10.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your enrolment after 14 days no monies will be refunded

In the event of a student failing to attend the confirmed course or complete the course for any reason, No refund of fee’s or deposits will be made and there is no entitlement to a later date course.

Course fees, deposits and other payments are non-transferrable.
Paying for and/or attending does not fully guarantee or qualification, diploma or certificate of achievement. Award of achievement are gained by the successful fulfilment of the criteria set out by the awarding body. The decision of the Education Director is final.

All student certification is subject to verification and passed by VTCT.

Your course is deemed as started on receipt of confirmation and course materials either via e-learning or by email.

In the instance that a course is fully booked with a waiting list of other delegates wishing to attend the course, any delegate whose balance payment for the course is overdue may lose their place to one of the people on the waiting list.

If a course is booked with short notice (within 7 days before a course date) the course will be strictly non refundable.

If a delegate cancels a course with notice or documentation, the deposit will not be refunded but transferred to another course date and an admin fee of £75+VAT will be charged.  If pre course reading has been sent in either document form or e-learning form, the course is deemed to have started and no refund will be given.  With sufficient notice as above, we can transfer payment to another date.

If a delegate cancels a course without giving the required notice, part or all of their payment will be lost. If a delegate calls in sick on the day, Jessica Stagg Training & Consulting and Skin Philosophy Training have lost the opportunity of filling their place and 50% of the fee will be lost.

If a delegate fails to turn up on the day, no refund or transfer to another course date will be made.

No certificate will be given until full payment is received.

It is the delegate’s responsibility, having referred to relevant sources of course information, to ensure that the course is suitable for their requirements. Jessica Stagg Training & Consulting and Skin Philosophy Training is pleased to provide advice but will accept no liability in the event that the content of the course does not meet individual expectations.

If you require a replacement certificate, this will incur a charge of £30+VAT. If you lose your e learning link, there will be a fee of £10+VAT in order to be resigned up to the platform. If you lose any manual there will be a fee of £35+VAT to replace. Any supporting documents lost there will be a fee of £15+VAT to replace.

It is the delegates responsibility to complete the e learning prior to attending the course. Failure to complete all pre course reading materials at least 3 days before the course may result in you not being able to attend the training course and losing the total amount paid.  The pre course reading is our assessment criteria that must be completed. Any additional course bookings will then be deemed as a new course therefore payment will be required in full. If a delegate books onto a course within the 3 day period, e learning including assessments, must be completed immediately. Jessica Stagg Training & Consulting and Skin Philosophy Training will not issue any certificates until the pre course reading is fully complete.

It may be necessary for Jessica Stagg Training & Consulting and Skin Philosophy Training to reschedule or cancel a course due to any unforeseen circumstances.  If the reschedule dates of the course are not convenient, Jessica Stagg Training & Consulting and Skin Philosophy Training liability will be limited to a refund of the deposit or fees paid to date.

Jessica Stagg Training & Consulting and Skin Philosophy Training reserves the right to decline applications

All delegates are required to observe and abide by all the policies regarding health and safety and any other regulation set out by Skin Philosophy Training

The course is deemed to have commenced as soon as the delegate accesses the on-line learning material.

Should a delegate encounter any issues with their on-line learning material, they must make Jessica Stagg Training & Consulting and Skin Philosophy Training aware of this no later than three days prior to the training day.

On successful completion of the course, delegates will be required to obtain their own indemnity insurance against malpractice.  Details of insurance companies will be provided.

If you are required to provide a model for the training course you will be informed with considerable notice before the course.

The terms and conditions set out herein are a complete statement of the agreement between the course applicant, Jessica Stagg Training & Consulting and Skin Philosophy Training and supersede all discussions, correspondence and representations made prior to the date of booking.

No course material, presentation slides or manuals may be re-used, given out or sold without prior permission from Jessica Stagg Training & Consulting and Skin Philosophy Training

Payment plans must be completed before course date.

You can return new/unopened purchases with full refund with in 30 days.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, In many cases you will receive a refund before then. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.
You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own expense.
Please ensure you include a returns form detailing your order, name and address.
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us on our telephone number on our contact us of the website.
If goods are damaged or faulty photo or video proof will be requested.
This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

How will Essential comply with the GDPR regulations? On clients first visit we will give you two forms. The first form will be your consultation form for treatment and a second to explain the clients data protection inline with GDPR. On this form it will explain where we hold your data, how long the data is held for, opt in or out to use your contact information for marketing purposes relating to Essential, opt in or out of having before and after pictures taken then potentially used on marketing material such as websites, social media, brochures ect, it will state who sees your information and that we hold information solely for treatment and consultation reasons, we will also make you aware of your personal data rights.
